This page explains what personal data this website collects, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It describes only what the site does today.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Binary Soft S.A.C., a Peruvian company with tax id (RUC) 20605002570, located at Av. Grau 521, Cercado de Lima, Perú.

What data we collect
We only collect data when you complete the quote request on this site:
- Your answers to the guided questions: what you need, how big you picture it, whether your content is ready and when you need it.
- Your name.
- Your WhatsApp number, your email address, or both.
- The optional message you choose to add.
You do not need to give us any data to browse the site.
What we use it for
We use this data to answer your request and prepare a proposal. We do not use it for anything else.
Who receives your data
Your request arrives in the Binary Soft mailbox (info@binarysoft.pe) and copies are sent to the email accounts of team members. If you left an email address, we send you a confirmation message with a summary of the options you chose; it does not include your name, your message or your contact details.
- The web hosting and email providers we use, and those team email accounts, process the data on behalf of Binary Soft.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
- The WhatsApp links on this site open WhatsApp, a third-party service with its own privacy policy. What you write there is governed by that policy.
International data transfers
The web hosting and email providers that store and process your data have their servers outside Peru. This includes the email where the team receives a copy of your request.
For that reason, when you send your request, your data is transferred to and stored abroad (cross-border flow of personal data), in line with Law No. 29733 and its regulation.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies, has no analytics and loads no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this same site, not from external services.
Server records
To make the form work and to protect it from abuse, the server keeps:
- Technical logs of its operation.
- A counter of requests per IP address, for 10 minutes.
- An identifier of each request, for 1 hour, so the same request is not sent twice.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as needed to answer your request and manage the commercial relationship that follows from it.
Your rights
As the owner of your personal data you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulation.
